I can't believe it's been almost a week since I blogged. Were you wondering what happened? Simple - I fell out of my routine. That's it - nothing monumental, just a simple, tiny change created a domino effect and part of that effect was no blogging. I had been blogging for a few months and it's been virtually effortless because it was part of my daily routine. Then one day I let part of my morning routine slide and blogging fell off the table with it.
That's what I want to share with you today. One of the best ways to get to a goal is to create habits that move you in the direction of your goal.
